Christy Fernow, PT, MPT, CLT

Christy earned a master's degree in Physical Therapy from Maryville University in St. Louis. In March 2007, she realized her dream of opening her own clinic, based on her philosophy that each patient is unique and must be treated as a whole person, not as a pre-determined series of treatments.

Mallory Fahnestock, DPT

Mallory earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science degree from Maryville University of St. Louis in 2011. She then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Maryville University in 2013. Mallory has specialized training in Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT). She has worked for Therapy Solutions since 2013, and has experience in working with patient’s of all ages as well as a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Jonathon Buehler, DPT

Jonathon earned his Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Missouri in 2010. He then completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Missouri in 2012. He worked at the Missouri Orthopedic Institute and Mizzou Athletic Performance prior to starting at Therapy Solutions in 2021. He has experience in orthopedics and sports performance. He also has additional certifications including Functional Movement Systems, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.

Amanda Thieret, PTA

Amanda earned her Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from SIU Carbondale in 2011. She has worked at Therapy Solutions as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2013. She has specialized training in the treatment of patients in stroke recovery. Amanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from SIU Carbondale in 2021, she now plans to enter a bridge program to become a physical therapist.

Libbi Schnurbusch, PTA

Libbi earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau in 2019. She then attended the Cape Career and Technology Center where she earned her Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2020. She treats a variety of ages, focusing on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.

Brandi Handsbury, PTA

Brandi earned her Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville in 2017. She has worked as a PTA since 2017, treating patients of all ages, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
